Program dates are January 1 to December 31 Contingency payments will only be paid to riders with a valid social security number and a valid U.S. mailing address. Register the VIN for the bike on which the head is installed on prior to receiving contingency payments. Riders will not qualify for contingency payments prior to enrollment date. Bike must display all four fender contingency pack stickers* or shroud package**. Riders can earn contingency in one classes per VIN. Each vehicle identification number (VIN) may be registered to only one rider at a time. At dual sanctioned events, riders will be paid for one event only. MFMG will only pay one division of the same class. if a split into multiply divisions, the race officials must notify riders which is the contingency class. There must be a minimum of ten riders in a class for a full contingency to be paid out. For classes with four to nine riders the top two riders will be paid. No payments will be issued in classes of less than four riders. Any rider falsifying claims will automatically be disqualified from the program. No payment will be issued after January 31, 2008 for the 2007 MFMG Contingency program. It is the responsibility of each rider to track and verify all eligible finishes and payments from MFMG. Any missed payments or errors must be reported to MFMG prior to January 31, 2008. Program details are subject to change without notice. All program elements, interpretation of rules, and substitution, modification or withdrawal of any program element are the sole discretion of MFMG. Interpretation of rules by MFMG is final.
