tuner/ mechanic with extensive knowledge of porting. (some people think they
know it all) MF=MG Labs will custom port a head to your specification including
special cc volume and port flow rates.
- MF=MG Labs cleans and inspect your head and valves as
soon as it arrives. You will receive an e-mail with the condition and
status of your head work.
- MF=MG Labs blueprints your head (CC combustion chamber,
modify head water jackets, check deck for warpage And Mill head if needed).
- MF=MG Labs ports your head to achieve maximum efficiency
in the transfer of fuel/air into the cylinder, and the evacuation of exhaust
gases from the cylinder.
- MF=MG Labs cut your valves and valve seats to create a
precise seal.
- MF=MG Labs assembles and flow bench tests your head
to verify that the porting work achieves target velocity in both intake and
exhaust tracks.
- MF=MG Labs packs the head with flow bench report and
ships out to you. All within 4 days!
