soon as it arrives. You will receive an e-mail with the condition and
status of your head work.
- MF=MG Labs blueprints your heads (CC combustion chambers,
modify heads water jackets, check decks for warp age and mill heads if needed).
- MF=MG Labs ports your heads to achieve maximum efficiency
in the transfer of fuel/air into the cylinders, and the evacuation of exhaust
gases from the cylinders.
- MF=MG Labs cut your valves and valve seats to create a
precise seal.
- MF=MG Labs assembles and flow bench tests your heads
to verify that both heads are matched in all aspects of port flow. Retest
the CC volume of combustion chambers (after valve seats are cut) to verify
that both heads have identical combustion chamber volumes. (important step!)
- MF=MG Labs packs the heads with flow bench reports and
